Participation in the NEE-V Affiliate Program is subject to approval.
NEE-V Collagen reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
We work with a small number of aligned affiliates and may limit or revoke participation if an affiliate’s content, conduct or audience no longer aligns with our brand values.
Affiliates agree to represent NEE-V Collagen in a calm, honest and responsible manner.
Affiliates must not:
Make medical, therapeutic or disease-related claims
Suggest guaranteed or dramatic results
Use before-and-after imagery
Present NEE-V as a replacement for medical advice or a balanced diet
Misrepresent ingredients, benefits or intended use
All messaging must align with a conservative, evidence-informed wellbeing approach.
Affiliates may not:
Use paid search ads bidding on “NEE-V”, “NEE-V Collagen” or similar branded terms
Use unauthorised discounting, coupon sites or deal aggregation
Promote via spam, misleading advertising or deceptive practices
Imply endorsement by medical professionals unless explicitly approved
Any promotional method that may damage brand trust is prohibited.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable laws and platform guidelines (e.g. “affiliate link”, “commission earned”, #affiliate, #ad).
Transparency is required at all times.
Commissions are earned on approved, completed sales only
Commissions are calculated excluding taxes, shipping and refunded orders
Orders that are cancelled, refunded or fraudulent are not commissionable
Subscription commissions apply only while the subscription remains active
Commission structures may be updated with notice.
Payouts are processed on a monthly schedule
A minimum payout threshold may apply
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if earned through prohibited activity.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
